Go to Admin-> Sysconfig-> search for PostmasterMaxEmails

LoopProtection!!! Send no more emails to 'emailid@.com'! Max. count of 40 has been reached!

PostmasterMaxEmails 40 Default

Change its value from 40 to whatever you want
